The Regulatory Council has about 60 companies entered in its Register of Manufacturers. A plaque with the emblem of the R.C., positioned in a place where it is visible to the public, identifies the establishments belonging to the Designation.
There are currently more than 100 establishments spread around the island where you can find genuine Mallorcan ensaimadas. |

Mallorcan ensaimadas are sold whole, packed in cardboard boxes with an octagonal or circular based surrounded with material ensuring the product is properly protected. Numbered labels ensure that ensaimadas showing the IGP meet all the requirements. |
